How to get access
For access please contact the Customer Service Desk. Once access is granted you will receive an automatic mail to activate your account.
My password does not work, I cannot login? What should I do?
Go to our home page, click on the login button and login with your mail address. When you have to fill in your password click on "Forgot your Password?". Fill in again your mail address and if address is know then a verification code will be sent to your mail address. Follow the process further and you will be able to set a new password.
How can I change my company information?
You can send a request to our Customer Service Desk with mentioning of your contract number and requested change (company name, address, email address, tel./fax.nr. or bank account details).
